Investor Grade ESCO Model
RMS is an Investor Grade Energy Supplying Company (ESCO). We are the only company to offer a unique model of investing into customers assets on a long term perspective, thereby offsetting financial liability of the customer.
Registration with State Energy Development Agency
Under this unique model we offer the financial assistance towards the total cost of the system offering. We register ourselves with the respective States Nodal Agencies (SNA) as authorized distributor of these products and solutions. All our products are from an ISO 9000 company with all test certifications/ documentations and are MNRE approved.
System Installation and Commissioning
The full system is installed at our cost and is offered to you to create an 'Energy Independence' for your organization. We also undertake the full maintenance of the system free of cost for a minimum period of 3 years and upto 7 years. After the committed completion of the contract period the entire asset is transferred to the customer without any additional cost.

So, you have successfully installed an independent power generation system without any CAPEX. Since we have taken the entire responsibility of maintaining the system for you, your concern for regular maintenance of the system remains our commitment. So your OPEX on the system is also nil. We offer a total revolutionized model of creating additional energy almost at our expenses for your organization.
Revenue Model
For all that we have done for you; our charges are very realistic, open and transparent. We will charge you an agreed & equitable monthly installment for the duration of our contract. So your only liability is to ensure that the monthly charges are remitted to us.
